Uzbekistan Building Materials Exhibition Client Signed 392 Tons of Pre-painted Galvalume Coils

Wanzhi Steel participated in the 26th Uzbekistan Building Materials Exhibition last week and successfully signed a contract with a Kyrgyzstan customer for 392 tons of pre-painted galvalume coils. The order is still in production. Let’s go to Wanzhi Factory to see the production situation.

The customer learned in advance that we would attend the 2025 Uzbekistan Building Materials Exhibition from February 25 to 27, so he and his friends arrived on the 25th and went directly to our booth. We showed them samples of our products and coatings and gave them product manuals to help them fully understand our production range. The customer finally decided to place a bulk order with us and sign a long-term supply contract.

All pre-coated galvanized products adopt the steps of → hot-dip galvanizing, aluminum zinc plating → organic coating plating.

Pre-coated galvanized coil production steps

The production of PPGL coils includes: selection of cold-rolled steel coils (substrates) → pretreatment (alkali washing, pickling) → hot-dip plating in an aluminum-zinc alloy tank (55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon) → chroming/chrome-free treatment → coating process (primer, topcoat, backcoat) → baking and curing → quality inspection → cutting + coiling → packaging + labeling

Wanzhi Steel’s Quality Test on Pre-painted Galvalume Coils

We aim to produce quality-assured products for our customers. For coating products, we will conduct:

Coating thickness + hardness + T-bend test; salt spray test + chemical resistance test; surface finish + color comparison + gloss inspection; tensile strength test + hardness test + bending performance test; stain resistance + fingerprint resistance + high temperature resistance test, etc.

Application of pre-painted galvanized steel coil

Pre-painted galvalume coil has better mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, and weather resistance than pre-painted galvanized coil. The price is relatively higher, but it has high cost performance in the long run. Therefore, it is the first choice of materials in various fields and has a wide range of uses.

Construction industry: a variety of colors and surface textures are available for roofs, walls, and warehouses. It is also the panel material of sandwich panels.
Home appliance industry: microwave ovens, ovens, dryers, home appliance brackets, back panels, and boxes.
Transportation: traffic signs and facilities, train and subway car floor wall panels, and traffic signs.
Agriculture and animal husbandry: greenhouses, poultry animal fences, or farmhouses.
